Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a free book gifting program that helps foster a love of reading from an early age. Through this program, children from birth to age five receive a new, age-appropriate book in the mail each month—at no cost to their families.

This program is available to children living in the following Lansing-area ZIP codes: 48906, 48910, 48911, 48915, and 48933.

By providing access to books during a child’s most critical years of development, the Imagination Library helps build early literacy skills and a lifelong love of learning.
