Connect4Success serves youth ages 16-25 who lack stable, long-term housing, and struggle with substance use or misuse and other co-occurring mental health disorders in Ingham County. Participants will receive comprehensive services for up to two years to support client self-sufficiency and stability.

Services include:

• Housing support
• Substance misuse and co-occurring mental health therapy
• Vocation and education support
• Community benefits support
