Structured and supervised shelter with shared living spaces. The facility is licensed to provide safe shelter and supportive services to youth ages 12-17 with parent/legal guardian permission
Initial shelter stay is limited to 21 days
Youth and guardians are offered counseling and case management services that focus on resolving family conflict and safely reunifying the youth in the family home at shelter exit
The family is connected to other services that promote family communication, improve family relationships, and prevent future crises.
Aftercare case management provides ongoing family check-ins to ensure family goals are sustained. The Family Advocate continues to identify, advocate for and coordinate ongoing services to meet the evolving needs of the family.
