YOUTH HOUSING CRISIS HOTLINE

For youth with physical, mental, or developmental conditions that impact the youth’s ability to achieve self-sufficiency within 24-36 months
Non-time limited, rental assistance is available for the duration of time it is needed
Case Management focuses on connecting youth to disability support services, including applying for disability benefits to afford rent and utility costs long-term
CFC may co-sign leases as needed to get started. Youth are responsible for understanding and abiding by all lease requirements.
Rent Expectations: Youth is required to meet with their case manager a minimum of monthly to review their monthly income and pay 30% toward their rent and utility expenses.
