Child and Family Charities is proud to “Be the Light” by removing barriers that prevent nonprofits from serving our community’s most vulnerable. One of the greatest challenges nonprofits face today is high overhead costs, which limit resources for direct services. Our solution: the Nonprofit Hub—a shared space designed to foster collaboration, reduce expenses, and maximize impact.
Located adjacent to our new campus on W. Greenlawn, the Hub provides a centralized location where organizations can share resources, expertise, and support. This innovative model streamlines access to services for clients and empowers nonprofits to work together on solutions to poverty, homelessness, mental health, and other critical issues.
Families now benefit from a comprehensive range of services—from housing assistance to rehabilitation and mental health support—all under one roof. By breaking down silos and improving communication, we are delivering holistic solutions tailored to community needs.
This vision is becoming a reality. Join us as we build a stronger, more resilient community and demonstrate the power of collaboration as we expand the Light into the future.

CFC is excited to welcome more nonprofits into the Hub, creating a vibrant, collaborative environment that maximizes impact and expands services for our community’s most vulnerable.
The building’s fourth floor is complete and offers modern office spaces, a shared boardroom, conference rooms, and flexible group spaces—all designed to foster connection and innovation.
To further enhance collaboration, nonprofits can reserve dedicated spaces in the main CFC program building, including a spacious multipurpose room at 407 W. Greenlawn, just steps away from the Hub.
