About the Service
Our Housing & Systems Navigation support provides young adults with a knowledgeable professional who can help them successfully access and move through complex systems—including housing, child welfare, juvenile justice, health care, education, employment, and more. Navigating these systems alone can be overwhelming; our staff walk alongside participants to ensure they understand their options, advocate for their needs, and make informed decisions that support long‑term stability.
Housing Support & Landlord Engagement
Finding safe and affordable housing is often one of the biggest barriers young adults face. Through proactive and effective landlord engagement, our team helps participants:
- Identify and explore affordable housing opportunities
- Understand application processes and tenant responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with potential landlords
- Overcome common barriers such as limited rental history or credit challenges
Our goal is to open doors—literally and figuratively—by helping young adults secure housing that supports their independence and well‑being.
Financial Assistance
To ease the transition into stable housing, limited financial assistance may be available to help cover essential start‑up and move‑in costs. This support can include items such as security deposits, application fees, or basic household necessities, depending on individual needs and available resources.
